I Have Set Up The Shipping Table Already, But The Shipping Cost Is Still Not Right. What Should I Do?

If you have set up a shipping table for your store already and the shipping cost is still not showing up properly like you have set up, there are 3 things that you should look for. 

Troubleshoot #1: Set Product Weight According To Shipping Table

Please make sure that you have set a proper weight for your products that corresponds to the shipping cost that you have set up in your Shipping Table. To do this, you will have to go into the individual product page in your Shopify store, then in the "Weight" field, you want to make sure that a proper weight as been set. 

Troubleshoot #2: Deactivate Carrier

  1. Log in to your Shopify store.
  2. Click Settings > Shipping.
  3. Under the "Carriers" section, please make sure that no carrier has been enabled. If a carrier is enabled, please deactivate it.
  4. Click Save.

Troubleshoot #3: Set Packages Weight to 0

  1. Log in to your Shopify Store 
  2. Click Settings > Shipping.
  3. Under the "Packages" section, click Sample Box. Then change the weight to 0.0 kg/lb. 

  4. Click Save.
