Why Is The Shipping Table Missing 0.4 to 0.9kg?

If you are using the Shipping Table based on the Zero Up™ training, you will notice that the rates between 0.4 kg to 0.49 kg are missing. The reason is you want to make sure that there is a gap between $7.95 and $12.95 as the chances for people to complete their purchase with shipping at $12.95 will be much lower than a purchase with a shipping of $7.95.
