What Should I Do When An Order Has An Error Status?

When you have an order with an error status, hover over the error to display the error message. Follow the instructions on the error message to resolve the problem. Usually, you will need to complete the order using our Google Chrome Extension. To see an overview of how our Extension works, please click  HERE

You may also check the error by clicking on the error button.

You will be redirected to another page in which it should show you a screenshot of the last step the automatic process stopped at. Fix the error and then use the Chrome Extension to complete the order.  You may also want to check the product link(s) to see if the product link is still active or up to date with the variant(s).
