I Synchronized My Email Autoresponder But I Don't See The Dropdown Menu, Why?

In order to have the dropdown menu for Step #2, you actually need to first create a list inside your Email Autoreponder first.  After you have created the lists, you will be able to choose them under the dropdown menu.
