How Do I Update The Order Status Manually?

If you placed an order on AliExpress manually or the order was placed on AliExpress but is not updated inside Zero Up™, you can actually update the order status manually inside Zero Up™.

1. Log into your AliExpress Account > My Order.

2. Copy the Order ID from the specific order.

3. Go back to Zero Up™ > Order Status and find the corresponding order and click on the "Error" button or the status button.

4. You should be redirected to a page called "Set Manual".  Then, paste in the Order ID you have from your AliExpress account and click save.  Your order will be marked as placed and track automatically.
