The Order Has Been Shipped But Not Updated In Zero Up™, What Should I Do?

If your order has been shipped by your AliExpress vendor and the Order is placed inside Zero Up™ with an AliExpress Order ID, you can semi-manual the fulfillment process by using the "Track via Extension" button using our Chrome Extension.

The Chrome Extension will redirect you to AliExpress and use the Order ID found inside Zero Up™'s Order Status to track the order.  It will then redirect you back to Zero Up™'s Tracking Status with the tracking number provided from your vendor and mark the status as "Fulfilled".  Please let the Chrome Extension to do its work and wait until it has stop completely to ensure the process is not interrupted.
